Internet banking provides easy and quick access to all your accounts. Manage your transactions safely and comfortably, anywhere in the world.

In order to enjoy the benefits of internet banking, all you need is an account with us. You can either sign the agreement for internet banking when we open your account for you or at any later point in time.

Upon receipt of your access data, you can immediately start enjoying a secure and comfortable banking experience. With our Mobile Banking App, you can also enjoy all these benefits on the go.

Initial login to Anadi Online Banking

ZTo make it easy to get into Online Banking, here is a summary of the points you should note when logging in for the first time.

Initial login via the website
  • 1. Go to our website
  • 2. In the top right hand corner you will find the “Login” menu (yellow button).
  • 3. In “Login”, choose “Login with your credentials” and click on „Login“. The login window to the Online Banking Plattform will open.
  • 4. When first using the Online Banking Plattform, enter just the enclosed user number and initial PIN (noting upper/lower case letters) in the fields provided and click on “Login”. The following points are important:
    • You must use the correct spelling.
    • You must leave the user name field free when you log in for the first time.
    • The initial PIN is only valid until it is changed.
  • 5. Next, enter a user name of your choice, consisting of at least 4 characters, and confirm this user name.
  • 6. Next, change your initial PIN for a PIN of your choice, consisting of at least 6 characters, and confirm this PIN.
Initial login via the Anadi Mobile Banking app
  • 1. Download our Mobile Banking app from your app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
  • 2. Open the Mobile Banking app on your mobile/tablet. Tap on “Initial login”. The necessary access data for the initial login (user number and initial PIN) are contained in the enclosed letter.
  • 3. As a first step, enter the user number and the initial PIN.
  • 4. Then define your personal user name and confirm this name by entering it again.
  • 5. Next, change your initial PIN into a PIN chosen freely by you and confirm this PIN. Please note that the initial PIN is only valid until it is changed.
  • 6. Finish the initial login by tapping on “Finish”. If you have defined your personal access data via our Mobile Banking app, you are forwarded directly to Mobile Banking.

Every time you log in via our website or our Mobile Banking app, use the access data defined by you, consisting of user number, user name and PIN.

After the initial login, you can create a shortPIN for quick and easy entry to the Mobile Banking app and use the fingerprint of your iPhone for logging in.

Using the “Digital Signature” to access the Online Banking Plattform
  • 1. Go to our website
  • 2. In the top right hand corner you will find the “Online Banking login” menu.
  • 3. In “Login with digital signature”, click on “Login”. The software for your card reading device (hot sign) will be loaded. Please note that your card reading device must be installed and the software must be updated.
  • 4. A new window will open.
  • 5. Insert your registered card (e.g. e-card) into the card reading device.
  • 6. Click on “Sign data” at the bottom of the screen on the right.
  • 7. When you registered your card for digital signature you received a personal identification number (PIN). Enter this PIN into the card reading device. Please note that you only have three minutes to do this.
  • 8. The Online Banking Plattform will open.

Please note: the PIN (personal identification number) which is provided in the enclosed letter is not the same as the PIN which you have entered for registering your digital signature.

Our Customer Care Center cannot provide any assistance with the functionality of the card reading device. If you have a problem with the card reader, please contact the dealer you bought the product from directly.

Confidentiality of data transmission

In communications between you and Austrian Anadi Bank AG, all data will – as usual – be encrypted.

For total Internet security, however, your active support is needed: please ensure that you have current program versions, install a firewall, and use up-to-date antivirus software.

Dear e-Banking customer, your active support is needed to assure permanent security on the Internet.

In addition, the digital signature is created using asymmetric cryptography. This process is based on a digital key pair consisting of a secret key and a public key. Your secret key will be stored on your registered card.
