Austrian Anadi Bank presents Mobile Banking with a new design and added functionality.

Our Mobile Banking App works with the highest security standards and offers you the following functions:

  • Quick-Check: With the Quick Check you have a quick overview of your account balance and transactions. You can personally decide which products should be displayed.Login is done via the same shortPIN which you have defined for logging in to mobile banking.The Quick Check is only used for viewing purposes. That means that from this view no transactions can be started.
     
  • ShortPIN and device linking for fast access: with your own chosen 4-digit shortPIN you gain access to Mobile Banking Quick Check and to the tresorTAN App without complications. Additionally, entering your PIN or TAN is only necessary as soon as you want to carry out a transaction or any changes. Due to the connection with your device, the shortPIN can only be activated on your connected mobile device.
     
  • Financial Overview: in the Financial Overview you can see the current status of your finances and can access all of your current accounts, saving accounts, credit cards, and securities deposits. An added graphic representation shows the development of your finances and transactions.
     
  • Categorising Transactions: the automated and manual categorisation of transactions and the graphic representation of incoming and outgoing payments makes financial planning easier. 
     
  • Creating an Intelligent Transaction and Contact Administration: creating a transaction is now even simpler. All previously used payee data is automatically saved and available to you for future transactions. Simply enter the name and choose the correct payee from the suggested search results. The smart transaction creation dynamically adjusts the interface to your entries. Or you simply scan the QR code on your invoices and save yourself the need to enter the invoice details.
     
  • Book Transfers: Transfers between your own accounts can be made quickly, without entering a TAN. This makes managing funds between one's own accounts even easier.
     
  • Personalised Messages: Stay informed about incoming or outgoing payments either via SMS, email, or push message. The choice is yours. 
     
  • barTAN : barTAN  You can get cash at every Anadi cash machine without a debit card using our Mobile Banking App. To find out exactly how the barTAN works, please continue reading below.
     
  • Login with a fingerprint scan: The Touch-ID (fingerprint scan) is now available for iPhones and iPads for logging in. It is only possible to view data with the fingerprint login. In order to create a transaction – like with the shortPIN – it is necessary to enter your PIN. Please take note: Each fingerprint registered on the device can be used for logging in because no identity link exists.
     

Our Mobile Banking App can be downloaded from the Apple AppStore (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). Additionally, Mobile Banking can be accessed at any time directly via the browser of your smart phone or tablet at mobile.anadibank.com.

shortPIN assignment

The shortPIN is a 4-digit identification number (PIN) which you can use to log in to Mobile Banking, Quick Check and your tresorTAN app on your mobile device quickly and without complications.

  1. Verify your identity with your Online-Banking user data: user number, user name and PIN.

 


Connecting your mobile device

  1. Give the mobile device you wish to connect a name. This is helpful if you use various mobile devices.                                                                                       
  2. Click “next”.


Warning: If you do not wish to define and use a shortPIN klick "skip" and carry on with  Mobile Banking.


Activate your shortPIN:

  1. To activate your shortPIN click “yes”.
     
  2. Choose your 4-digit PIN. 
     
  3. Repeat your 4-digitPIN.


You can change your shortPIN at any time under "Settings / Apps / shortPIN". The change is immediately valid for future logins.


Using the ShortPIN:

Now you can access your Mobile Banking App with your shortPIN.

Only data view possible:
When you log in with your shortPIN, only data view is possible. If you would like to carry out transactions or changes, you must additionally enter your PIN or TAN at the end of the transaction.

A shortPIN for all applications:
Your defined shortPIN is valid for Mobile Banking, as well as for Quick Check and the tresorTAN App. As soon as you have chosen your shortPIN, you can you can enable other mobile devices for use with the shortPIN. A defined shortPIN can be changed directly in your Mobile Banking App under the menu point Settings / App.

Forgot your ShortPIN?:
If you forget your shortPIN, log in through the "forgot my shortPIN " option. There you must enter your Online Banking user data (user number, user name, and PIN) and you can change your shortPIN.

No card? No cash? No problem! barTAN

Our Mobile Banking App allows you to withdraw cash from any Anadi ATM without using your debit card!

This is how it works:

  • Fill in the order form in your internet or mobile banking application with the following information:
    • the desired amount,
    • the terminal ID of the ATM (visible in the left upper corner) from which you would like to withdraw the cash amount
    • the phone number to which the code should be sent,
    • an optional greeting text and then click on "Save".
       
  • Sign the deposited order in the signatures folder of your internet banking or Mobile Banking application.
  • In order to be able to enter a barTAN, press "Accept" (green button) on the ATM.
  • Enter the barTAN that was sent to the phone number you specified at the ATM Please note: Your barTAN becomes void after 15 minutes.
  • The desired amount is paid out by the ATM.

    Please note:
  • barTAN-authorisations are limited to EUR 100,- per transaction and EUR 300,- per day.
  • any barTAN becomes void after 15 minutes.
  • usable with Mobile Banking and internet banking.
  • apart from Anadi-ATMs, you can use ATMs of the following banks in Austria: Volksbank, Generali Bank, Hypo Niederösterreich, Hypo Tirol, Schoellerbank and Spängler Bank.
  • the terminal-ID of these ATMs always ends with the number 4.
  • usable with all ATMs that show the barTAN sign.
     

Activate your fingerprint

Activate the fingerprint scan function in your personal area (grey picture at the top of the screen) under “Settings / Apps”.

Choose the mobile device on which you want to use the fingerprint scan function under connected devices.

Activate the fingerprint under device settings by clicking “yes”.

As a customer, do I need any additional contracts or access data to use the Mobile Banking App?


If you are already using the online banking of Anadi Bank, you can use the same login data for the Mobile Banking App.

How can I log on to the Anadi Mobile Banking App if I already use Anadi Online Banking?


1. Download the Mobile Banking App from your App Store.
2. Open the Anadi Mobile Banking App on your mobile phone/tablet.
3. Tap the button "Anadi Mobile Banking"
4. Enter your access data for Online Banking: user ID, user name, PIN
5. Now you can define a shortPIN, in order to enter your Mobile Banking quickly and easily in the future. To do so, establish a "device pairing connection" and then define a "shortPIN" (this needs to be entered twice in a row). By doing so, you are pairing/connecting your Mobile Banking App with your smart phone/tablet. You need to specify a device name for each individual device. Then, you specify the shortPIN (4-digit identification number). You can now use your shortPIN to access your data on your smart phone/tablet.
6. Simply skip the step "device pairing" in case you do not want to use the shortPIN function. You can also define a shortPIN the next time you open the app.

Information regarding shortPIN:

1. In order to use our online banking, you will receive your user access data:  user ID and user name, by post.
2. Enter your user access data at the login prompt on www.austrian-anadi-bank.com, change your user name, and define your PIN. You can now use Online Banking on our website and also download the Mobile Banking App.
3. Download the Mobile Banking App from your App Store.
4. Open the Anadi Mobile Banking App on your mobile phone/tablet.
5. Tap the button "Anadi Mobile Banking".
6. Now you can define a shortPIN, in order to enter your Mobile Banking quickly and easily in the future. Device pairing connects any mobile devices you want to use with the Mobile Banking App, so that you can use the easy access via shortPIN.

Instead, you can skip the shortPIN by tapping on your avatar (the image in the right hand corner of the screen) and then tapping on "other user", where you can enter all your user access data.

What can I do if I forget my shortPIN?


If you have forgotten your shortPIN, tap on your avatar (the image in the right hand corner of the screen) and then tap on "other user", where you can enter all your user access data (user ID number, user name, and PIN). There, you can also assign a new shortPIN. If you also do not have your user access data at hand, our online support team will gladly assist you further.

What kind of security measures are built into the Mobile Banking?


- automatic log out after more than 15 minutes
- automatic user lock out after three failed login attempts

This lock out also applies to the online banking and can only be unlocked by the online support team.
